Parking in Downtown Roseburg

The Downtown Roseburg Association is dedicated to creating a more consumer friendly environment downtown, and creating accessible parking is just one issue that is being addressed.

Due to complaints concerning parking issues, the DRA Design and Economic Development Committees have met with both the City’s Chief of Police as well as Diamond Parking to try to get to the heart of the matter.  The committees are carefully studying the intent of the City’s parking ordinances and are continuing discussions with Diamond Parking concerning citations and customer service.

It is the goal of the Downtown Roseburg Association that no customer be ticketed for parking while shopping downtown, and to ensure that customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

The Downtown Roseburg Association encourages customers to contact the Design Committee Chair, Gary Leif, at gary@leifphoto.com, if they experience unreasonable treatment concerning parking.
