Organization Team
1. The Organization Team has recorded over 7,000 volunteer hours in 2017, from our committees, volunteer board, and community. The value of our volunteers is $169,050 put into the community
2. The Organization Team has improved our presence online via our website and social media. In May, our website was revamped and relaunched and has accrued over 11,000 page views. Our Social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, & Google Business has accumulated over 200,000 views and contributed to the awareness of events and other happenings in the Heart of Roseburg.
Promotions Team
Two annual sip and shops, Neewollah Parade, Small Business Saturday, and the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony, brings locals & visitors to the Heart of Roseburg throughout the year. In 2017, a recorded estimate of 6,500 individuals have come downtown due to the Downtown Roseburg Association's events.
Economic Vitality Team
Over 20 businesses have registered in the Heart of Roseburg in 2017 and the DRA's EV Team connects new business owners with property for lease and sale. We have assisted over 5 businesses in finding a home in 2017. A facebook communication tool, The Downtown Roseburg Business Forum, has over 200 downtown business owners and employees communicating rapidly any crime occurring in the Heart of Roseburg.
Design Team
In 2017, over 30 vendors have been a part of Downtown Events. The Design team works closely with property owners and he City of Roseburg to remove graffiti, conduct cleanups, and the Design Team also is to credit for coordinating the Light Up Downtown Initiative with over 50,000+ plus lights downtown for the 2017 Holiday Season
